Here’s How to Move Past Headaches/Fatigue

Most people I know who have had headaches/fatigue for longer than 6 months say things like:

  • I would do anything to get rid of this!

  • I am sick of taking medication but I don’t know what else to do

  • I’ve heard of hundreds of different things to try, how am I supposed to know what works?

Furthermore, many of these people have been to a medical practitioner and been told:

  • We can’t find anything wrong

  • You might just have to live with it

  • Medication is your best treatment option

I have found that there are 2 root cause issues that account for 90% of headache/fatigue issues which get ignored or completely missed.

Hey guys, Welcome to the Quantum Chiropractor's podcast.

I'm so excited to launch this first flagship episode because this podcast is going to be for those who have been dealing with a chronic health condition that's been going on for longer than three months. Because what I've seen over the past 11 years of taking care of people clinically is that for the large majority of people, when there's an issue hanging out, there's root cause underneath of that, that's perpetuating the issue.

And if a large majority of the time that root cause issue never gets found, And then symptoms just persist for months or even years for people. So obviously that feels super frustrating. It feels disheartening. People start telling them stories, let themselves stories like this is going to be something I have to live with forever.

This is just me. I'm getting older. There's nothing you can do about it. And I'm here to tell you right now. It's it's those stories are BS. I understand how people get there. I've told myself those stories personally as well. And again, I want to let you know it's BS because there is. root cause issues that a lot of people are dealing with.

My name is Dr. Jake Dodds. I'm an upper cervical chiropractor at Spark Wellness Clinic in Fairhope, Alabama. So I'm hosting this podcast in conjunction with my wife, Dr. Lauren Dodds, who is also an upper cervical chiropractor and foundational wellness expert. So in this podcast, we're gonna be doing a deep dive into what these root cause issues are, and more importantly, what do you actually do about it.

So if you've been handed treatment options of ongoing medication at home exercises that aren't working, being told that, Hey, you're just gonna have to live with it. We don't know what's going on with you. And meanwhile, you're dealing with things like headaches or fatigue or your emotions out of control, like there's constant anxiety or depression or a mix of all those throughout the day.

Or there's mental acuity issues like brain fog and forgetfulness. Then what I want you to do is buckle up because this podcast is going to take you past all the pop health and functional wellness stuff that's just been repeated over and over. And again, really dive deep into the heart of foundational health.

I've seen my life change, I've seen my family's lives change, and I've seen the people that I work with lives change. When we really get to this, the human body is designed to heal, the human body is designed to feel great, and it's designed to flourish. So once we pull these obstacles out of the way, the human body is capable of miraculous things.
